Our Pricing, Cancellation & Refund Policy:

We kindly ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. 24 hours or less will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will result in a 100% fee for the cost of your service. No-shows will result in a ban from booking any future appointments.

 

Prices for each service are subject to change without warning or if you need additional product/time.

We do not issue refunds on any salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you received, please notify me within two days of your service. I will then require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two days of the initial service.
